Lily Harris is a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner looking at the full picture of health as everyone is individual.
Currently based in Los Angeles after years of moving around & landing in New York, Lily works with clients virtually looking at their full picture of health from nutrition, to lifestyle, to emotions, to health history, & more. She believes that growing up with two autoimmune conditions, including Hashimoto’s & Celiac Disease, along with a natural fascination with the healing power of foods gave her the desire to help others tune into their bodies’ healing capabilities. This is a judgement-free zone & everyone is welcome.

The more capable we feel of caring for ourselves, the calmer & safer we feel in our bodies, & the more we can focus on enjoying life. The healing path is not linear, but Lily will be there along the way. From there, the trickle down effect happens in the form of community support, trusting our gut instincts, setting boundaries, etc.
Everyone is deserving of health, no matter your lifestyle. After years of exploring health on a budget, hopping between corporate jobs, & now working from home, Lily understands that different lifestyles have nuanced demands. She works with you to tailor health to yours.
Lily specializes in Thyroid Disease & Celiac Disease, but works with clients to address goals across the board.
Lily is passionate about gluten free living & not missing out on life, but doesn’t prescribe it to everyone. She knows firsthand how much power food holds in thriving with thyroid disease, like many other conditions. She works with clients on goals ranging from desired weight management, IBS, blood sugar control, hormone balance, endometriosis, pre-diabetes, healing relationships with food, PCOS, fitting health into busy modern lives, eating as a parent, feeding a family, & more.
