“Working with Lily was definitely the best decision I made for myself this year. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer I wanted to work with someone who approached nutrition from a holistic, non-judgemental point of view who also understood thyroid issues and Lily was definitely the one. In the past 6 months I've curbed some habits that I wanted to break away from and Lily kept me accountable but not in a forced way.
