Rest & Tension Salted Celery Supportive Spritz

Let’s make a Supportive Spritz! In partnership with Loam, I’m using their Rest & Tension glycerite to help me wind down. The chamomile & skullcap in this glycerite help calm the body & relieve tension anywhere you exprience it from the mind, the head, throughout the body. Celery is in important addition because its antioxidants offer an opportunity to release inflammation, it provides a healthy dose of vitamins & minerals, & is hydrating in case you haven’t had enough water throughout the day. Ingredients:

-The outer stalks of 1 bunch celery (roughly 8-10 stalks), cut into smaller pieces

-1/2 cup filtered water

-1/4 cup raw local honey

-1 dose of Loam Rest & Tension glycerite

-Pinch of salt

-Squeeze of lemon juice

-Sparkling water

…& an optional celery leaf garnish

.

Directions:

-Add the celery, water, & honey to your blender. Blend until completely smooth.

-Strain into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer lined with cheese cloth. Pour the blended mixture into the cloth, gather the cloth, & squeeze all the liquid into the bowl. This is your celery syrup!

-Add 1 shot of celery syrup, a dose of your @loamearth Rest & Tension glycerite, salt, & lemon juice to a glass over ice & stir.

-Top with sparkling water & an optional celery leaf garnish. Cheers!

For your health,

Lily
