How to Roast Frozen Veggies (GF, DF, Vegan)

Hey There,

I’m sharing this loose recipe along with a warning. Now you can never tell me it’s too hard or too expensive to eat your vegetables! Frozen veggies are always there for you & very affordable, so follow the instructions below for an easy method of roasting veggies straight out of the freezer…

-Preheat the oven to 400F.

-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange as many frozen veggies as you like across without overcrowding, & bake with nothing on them (no oil), for 15 minutes or until they're dry. 

-Take them out of the oven, drizzle with oil, add any seasoning you like (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.), toss gently to evenly coat, & return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisped to your liking! Depending on your oven, it might take a few extra minutes, so just keep your eyes on them.
